Just upgraded from a queen to a king sized bed. Had to go bigger because my fat cat loves to sleep on it but I end up sleeping awkward because there isnt enough room for me, my wife and him.

Double sided pillow top mattress with box spring from the original mattress factory.and a cheap metal frame with a head board from amazon. Though it is very old now and poking me, so I'm going to get one of those zinus mattress in a box. Already bought the frame for it and a bracket to fit my headboard.

Twin mattress on top of a metal frame with planks....the bed slides on top but I refuse to use the sticky stuff on the planks as that'll likely leave residues on the underside. Kinda regret it desu. Suspect it might be where all the freaking carpet beetle larva are coming from. Also it has a weird stain on one of the corners from the get go. Many nights later after nocturnal emissions and the sheets are removed; I end up seeing stains of a similar color to the corner stain. Color in center looks way too similar and likely the culprit is my nocturnal emissions. Suspect some employee coomed on the corner of my bed before it got wrapped up for sale. Should've gone for a
