Oil will always be around, but there is no growth in it in the long run; quite simply, there are too few uses for it. It powers machines. Sometimes it makes electricity, but other times it just moves planes.

On the other hand, EVs and electricity/power in general *including green power* will always be around and useful. You will have a shot with oil, but it isn't a safe long-term bet. Better to stick with EV startups and TSLA (once it bottoms out, again).

if I start a business for private study spaces with AC, sound proof walls, sanitized surfaces, 24-7 security, do you think enough people would pay for them to make it a successful business? Its essentially a quiet space for studying, reading, office work, etc that is rented by the hour and offers amenities like clean bathrooms, snackbar, etc.

They should do game rentals, and rent to own with their used games. They could also expand into translating popular foreign mobile games. Crunchy Roll did Danmachi, I don't see why Gamestop couldn't bring Grandblue Fantasy west. I was also thinking they should ape Limited Runs bit, especially since they have a large platform to advertise their rereleases of old games. It also bothers me that, when it comes to physical games, they just can't burn the game you want onto a blank cartridge or disk at the store itself. That way, we don't have to deal with this artificial scarcity bullshit. It would be fine, even if we had to pay a premium for that service.

which I have been lately made aware are very bad study spaces with all the noise and distractions. Libraries have homeless and kids, college libraries have stupid college students talking all the time. People at home have distracting family members, barking dogs, loud neighbors, etc.
