Is there a decent alternative to Ethereum blockchain wih lower tx fee for Tokens? What about a stable-coin with this ability?

BSC, but it's a bit of a meme since it's Binance's. Seems to be working alright though as Binance makes it attractive via various deals and funding.
ADA in the future.

>tron-dead chain, failure

>EOS-dead chain, failure
>many many such cases

There are lots of eth killers that never see real traffic, so we actually don't know if they are cheaper under real use, but the model does seem to support that all of the above would be less cost.

upcoming TBD..

FTM is the ETH competitor with the best risk reward ratio, as its dirt cheap, still under ICO price while having achieved a lot this year alone:
Build their own version of Uniswap.
Build their own version of DAI, giving you the ability to lock up FTM and create fUSD.
FTM uses the same address system as ETH, so all existing dApps can easily be ported over.
FTM transactions are almost instant and basically feeless.
Fantom is fully decentralized. Everyone hokding enough coins can be a validator.
Supply is well diluted, the devs hold less than 10%.

Honestly if the market just knew how awesome Fantom is, it would be in the top 20 at the very least.

Side chains are a pain in the ass because buyers are extremely stupid and don't know how to use them even though you show them a monkeyproof step by step procedure.
I've seen a coin fail hard because during the presale nobody knew how to buy DAI, bridge it into xDAI, buy the presale and add the DAI chain on metamask to check the wallet.
