the ridiculous thing is that they could have solved the frontrunning by doing the same thing SNX did, ie lock funds for every oracle update and retain profits made from the oracle update

I asked in TG why they didn't do this, their reply: "we felt this solution was better"

No it fucking isn't you fucking retards, you're just inflating IL away and dumping the loss on BNT holders. Sold right there and then, I'm sick of this team being so obviously retarded as evidenced by all their replies in TG

I sold at 1.30 btw and bought at 80c, >>23502464 was just a meme I made profits. But holy shit this team is retarded.

Someone provides $1000 worth of liquidty for token xyx, 3 months later they get their tokens + fees back all in a decentralized non custodial manner. How is impermanent loss not solved here? The end user is protected that is what matters at the end of day. With the launch of V2.1 anyone staking there idle tokens in Bancor will be more profitable vs holding alone.

i would argue that using oracles for dynamically weighted pools is more uninteresting, its a fairly simple idea at the end of the day
using an elastic supply to basically print infinite money to a certain extent is pretty hilarious and i look forward to seeing how it plays out during a 2017-style bull run, when impermanent loss can reach absurdly high non-finite values

I was the Bancor 2.1 shill.
I had a dream about Bancor a week before I started shilling, so I thought I was right.
Right before launch of 2.1 I began to see bugs and errors and red flags.
Then I realized my Bancor dream was a warning. A prophecy of me losing all my money. I got out at 1.15 and then it plummeted.
I'm sorry, and I apologize. I still haven't mastered my prophecies yet.
Although, if you'd bought at 82 cents when I first started shilling and sold at 1.40 a couple weeks later, you'd have made a decent bag.

The scam here is over, it happened on 2017. This v2 thing is just some rubbish to make it look like they are doing something even though they literally dont have to do shit.

>> No.23507282

v2.1 is the best solution out there to impermanent loss and BNT holders stand to gain a shitload from the burnt fees

they have built a crazy way to co-invest in AMMs and all the pea brains on here just see "inflation"

Dumbasses ape into copy paste food coin AMMs and can't realize when there's actual innovation in the works

Read the economic analysis: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1en044m2wchn85aQBcoVx2elmxEYd5kEA/view?usp=sharing

"Therefore, in our view, Bancor v2.1’s value proposition to potential liquidity providers can
be very interesting. The fee-earning-potential that this liquidity generates might well exceed
the cost of providing such protection, especially in a later stage when the liquidity providers
are acquainted with the system and their remuneration might be made less generous. Also,
contrary to the “we pay you tokens to provide liquidity on our platform” business model so
often seen in the AMM market currently, the Bancor protocol seems to have a defensible moat. Even someone copying the entire code of the protocol will not have the risk-taking
Bancor protocol in the background, and this risk taking is, in our view, the core of Bancor’s
unique value proposition."

I do. I hadnt thought about Bancor in years.
I saw myself reluctantly nonchalantly. saying something about Bancor. I thought it was bullish. But it was just a glimpse of me talking about how I lose all my money on Bancor before the bullrun.
It wouldve destroyed me. I saw that timeline.

I also saw BSN before I knew about it. Written on a wall. With 2 cryptos listed below it.
I see shit man.
