Our /biz/ delegate has reached the 53rd Spot!

So just a reminder, if you own ARK, vote for the delegate "biz".

Once we have gotten him to 51, we all win.

you may be voting for the node that I set up, but this delegate isn't my delegate, it's OUR delegate. I couldn't have achieved any of this without our amazing /biz/ness men. We're really are gonna make it this time senpai.

The way it works is we have get our delegate to start forging, and everyone who voted for him reaps the rewards. 400 tokens will be dispersed per day and spread amongst all voters, so you stand to make gains by making more coins, which will inevitably rise in value.

voting never ends, it costs 1 ark to vote and it doesnt get collected by anyone involved in the biz pool its just the fee for voting. the amount of ark you hold in the client is the weight of your vote. the more weight you have the more you get paid in the weekly Ark payout.

We have raised $338,375 worth of crypto in under 3 days. This pays everyone who votes with ark in their wallet. You risk pretty much nothing by doing this.

>> No.2358373

I will soon join my 1k ark to this pool after I get paid in the pool that im already voting before biz was created. I want to remind you guys that after we hit the 51th place we dont want too much of additional members. I voted earlier the quarkpool that has also 90%profit returns and at the moment it had around 900k arks voted with a calculated yearly ROI-% of 12 %. Now that pool has almost 1,5million votes and the ROI-% has dropped to 7,92%. So the optimal situation for us to be is in a secured position safely hanging around 900-800k votes without the big whales knowing that our ROI-% with 90% profit return and low amount of votes is higher than their pools.

>> No.2358392

Hey anons, I'm at work right now on mobile. I get off in 5 hours, just here to tell you to keep up the good work, thanks to the anons helping anons vote for our delegate. We need to put this project into overdrive and everyone needs to help get as much ark as we can before Wes gets impatient. We can do this. I got a check and I'm gonna buy more arks for the cause. I've been holding ARK for a few days and plan to invest 10-20% of my paycheck into it for the year or two, but I have some questions before fully commiting.

Are smart bridges possible? Like have ARK developers done it already or they're just planning to? If they are planning to create bridging but haven't done it before, then this is all speculation and rides on the developers being able to complete step 1 of their plans. What I'm asking is.... Where's the proof that it'll work? I mean, some company could come and say "were going to cure cancer!", But you wouldn't invest unless there was proof that they could do what they claim.

Also, ARK's whitepaper mentions some of the first blockchain a they'll bridge, including a GAMING ECONOMY TOKEN. What are the chances that this gaming token is first blood (1st)?

It's in development. Their dev team is promising though, and they're really smart for issuing bounties to try and solve problems along the way. You have to keep in mind that everything in crypto is pretty much early speculation; even ETH is still in the beginning stages of their smart contract tech.

>> No.2362586

>>2362451
Shit, so this really is a gamble. I know a couple of companies are researching and implementing blockchain tech and smart contracts, and it's promising, but at least ETH has proven to be valuable.

ARK is just an idea. A good idea, but it hasn't been proven. I feel like there's too much hype around it at the moment then, especially on /biz/ where shills are guaranteeing it to be the next ETH.

I guess the riches go to those early adopters willing to take big risks. Maybe I'll hold off on going all in on ARK and just treat it like good gamble untill more news comes out

So I have ARK in my wallet, voted for biz, and made the vote when I had 3% of my portfolio in ark.

>are smart bridges possible
Theoretically it's a sound idea. Will it be actionable? We won't know until Q4 when the features are scheduled for release (per roadmap).

I mean, even if smart bridges aren't realistic in the near future, the platform still has all the functionality of Ethereum, but better scalability, since 1) application/processing code doesn't have to run on the main chain, and 2) DPoS model is more efficient and scalable than the current ETH PoW model.

Yep, mainly because everyone wants to buy in before it gets big, but it just had a 250% pump a couple days ago so everyone is afraid to get had.

Lots of solid, logical, smart investors are looking to get into this coin. Watch for it to slowly rise over the next 3-4 weeks, expect volume to drop until a big roadmap release is upcoming, and then potentially a dip upon release, followed by a huge pump or dump depending on viability of the product.

This is for sure a long-term hold, but you probably have some time to get in under a dollar yet. Maybe 2-3 months (max), as no major roadmap releases are planned before Q3 2017.

425 ARK/day is equally distributed to the top 51 PoS nodes, according to estimates. 90% is redistributed to the voters, weighted by your overall investment. So of the 425 ARK staked by the nodes daily, approximately 382.5 goes back to the voters.

.9(422(Your Stake/Ark of All Voters)

Assume, like me, you had 800 ARK, and to get to a staking rank you needed 800k (for sake of argument). If my math is right, every day you would get .3798 ARK. Since IIRC, the payouts are set to weekly, multiply by 7 days, subtract the .1 ARK transaction fee, and each week you would get 2.5586 ARK free and clear. Now, this doesn't seem like much, but keep in mind that this is a coin that we - as a pool and a group - think has real potential. It could hit $10-$20 by the end of the year, and maybe even ETH levels, given time. Plus, by taking ARK out of the ecosystem, we prevent Whalebot fuckery and this helps grow the value of the coin by preventing panic sales.
