I’ve been doing some research into PNK lately because I thought it would be a good way to remove judicial power from the hands of the 1% and return it to the people. What I found was shocking.

Take a look at the guidelines for Kleros Court. See how it says
“JURORS SHOULD NOT RULE IN FAVOR OF A SIDE WHO HAVE ENGAGED IN IMMORAL ACTIVITIES”

Now that seems fair enough, Jurors shouldn’t favor racists, transphobes, bigots or anybody else who is abusing privilege. But how will this evaluate disenfranchised urban youth? I can see racists rubbing their hands in glee quoting FBI crime statistics to justify their white power agenda in Kleros court.

How can we allow this in the age of Black Lives Matter and trans rights?

But that isn’t even the biggest problem.

Who gets more staking? The people who own more PNK. The only way to get PNK is to use your privilege to buy them OR to vote coherently with the privileged class who own the most PNK.

If you challenge heteronormative patriarchal white privilege in Kleros court. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. There is no Justice with Kleros. It is just another way for the rich to get richer and steal the wealth of the disenfranchised. And I personally have even seen blatant transphobia in the PNK generals.

It's only a matter of time before the ADL and the SPLC are made aware of this, I for one wouldn't want to be known as a participant in this RACIST, TRANSPHOBIC, HOMOPHOBIC and BIGOTED court. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
