No, you're the idiot. Virgin Galactic is physically incapable of reaching any orbit, from any launch site, with any payload. What Virgin Galactic offers is a brief experience of zero gravity at an altitude of 50 miles. You can do that in a souped up MiG 25 for ten grand.

What SpaceX offers is a vehicle capable of putting 150 tons of whatever you want into LEO, and being fully reusable. Whether that's 150 tons of tourists, 150 tons of water, or 150 tons of space hentai doesn't matter to SpaceX.

Virgin Galactic's SpaceShip One first flew in 2004.

Falcon 1 first flew in 2006.

Falcon 9 first flew in 2010.

New Shepard first flew in 2015.

Starship first flew in 2020.

In the last 14 months, Starship has gone from a quarter inch steel boilerplate test vehicle to a full scale flightworthy prototype.

14 months ago, Boeing was promising SLS would be "tested soon", that test is currently scheduled for Q1/2021, lmfao Boeing.

The point here is that Virgin has spent more time in development than SpaceX has. In that time, Virgin made a slightly larger version of their first rocket. SpaceX has developed and flown Falcon 1, Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and now Starship.

And you really, actually think Virgin can catch up? Maybe by 2200.

personally i only like a few picks out of SOXX so i don't buy the ETF itself
don't wanna be exposed to cyclical companies like MU. Nothing against Micron, they're fundamentally great but they can't do anything about being a cyclical company who cannot react to fluctuating demand fast

AMD and NVDA being exceptions since they're fabless. TSM being an exception because they're at the bleeding edge and everyone is fighting to book orders with them
at that point I already have 3 picks and that's my semiconductor exposure already (prefer AMD over NVDA because AMD has much more explosive growth though)

You should be more concerned about the theta decay on your calls devaluing them rather than it dipping. You don't get trend lines like you do on GME where it's literally a solid line of support upwards unless everyone is holding (not selling) out for the squeeze. People might sell at that price point but that's cutting themselves out of a ton of profit. 20 to 25 is the expected range for GME, not the short squeeze range.
