Link is hard to say, ETH will pump more but dump harder when it comes.
ETH is not ready for this shit, when bitcoin bottlenecked in 2017 some transactions took weeks to pass.

If eth bottlenecks the transactions are cancelled but the fees paid as an anti spam mechanism, eth will see absurd high fees.
Bitcoin may see things like 30 usd fees but will still be able to compete with swift fore wires or banks for safety even at those rates since a low fee tx will confirm anyway even if it takes time.

Litecoin will be a real winner on this bullrun if paypal adopts it as a payment gateway , and monero due to low inflation will take a lot of momentum from this , and so will dash.
