g-guys i seriously think i got hexed. i started off trading pretty well but lately - and im talking 2 weeks - cant hit a good trade and everytime i buy, it just dumps, and even if i ride off the dump and consolidation, itll look weak and ill sell and itll just pump harder than before. its actually fucking bashing my head in right now emotionally. its literally like as soon as i enter the market, the entire fucking thing just conspires against me. i know we've all had this but this shit is literally killing me inside. FUCK.

Yeah that's just standard brainlet activity sorry anon. It's easy to think you're smashing it when you make hundreds of thoughts a day about what to invest in then conveniently forgot about the bad ones. Then when you put your money when your mouth is so to speak the ability to cherry pick goes and you end up being the losing investor

It means you're human. Try not to go bust lad you're not as savvy as you think

Same. Every time i buy something that looks decent it turns and shits for a week or two until i cut losses and then it immediately turns around literally within minutes to an hour of me selling.

markets are made specifically to trigger your inner reptilian emotions
you see green line and your brain thinks oh ok green line it will keep going more and more green *buy* then thats when they hit you with the red and your brain reacts in fear uh oh im losing my coins *sell*
you need to tame those inner emotions its unironically the hardest part of trading.
Trade without greed and without fear. Dont ignore your losing trades but dont beat yourself up over it just take it as paying for a lesson learned. Just make sure you are learning your lessons and not making the same mistake over again.
You cant go in the first week and expect to get rich you cant do that in any job you need practice and training. So just learn to limit your losses so you dont go broke and you will be on the right path.

i still fomo in like a retard once in awhile and it NEVER works trust me the quicker you learn that FOMOing in is the quickest way to lose the better you will be.
Also do not ride a position out if it goes against you just take the small loss instead of sitting there watching it go further and further against. Even just for your mental health it MAY go back up but if you're wrong you're wrong just take the small loss say 3% MAX. Then you can come back in after it dumps and see where it consolidates

dis nigga is corect. trading exists to take advantange of human flaws i.e. casinos.

Its the worst deal ever on paper but humans at face value think its enticing. The reality is most people who get into gambling (including poker), trading etc, have no business getting into it and will lose. Only those with high intelligence and an iron will make it, 1percent maybe?

That's called variance. In gambling, you can make the right decisions and still go huge stretches of time losing money. This is what makes it so hard.

yes, however, remember also works in the favour of other traders extracting the money off of losers because, while being real, it provides an excuse for shit traders

i think more than 1% COULD make a profit but most will lose too much money too quick and either go bankrupt or give up.
Most skills you at least need a few thousands hours to do be be proficient. Whats that equate to in trading? at least a couple hundred trades.
Most will give up after they lose their bankroll in 10-20 trades
You are right its a profession that is 130 iq+ if you arent you can still turn a profit but theres better options because even if you're a great trader you will still have way higher stress levels than pretty much any other job. Theres a reason why the best trader of all time blew his brains out. The markets are a cruel mistress no matter who you are

>Most skills you at least need a few thousands hours to do be be proficient

Nailed it anon. The issue is most people see trading as a 'smart guys get rich quick scheme' where you put in 30hours of research then youre good to go

yep met so many boomers that have that exact mindset
>"but i read these books and I STILL lost money"
>how many trades did you make?
>"I was doing a few trades a day for a little while"
every time lmao
they don't realize they are stepping in the ring with mike tyson aka the trading algo bots right off the bat and of course their lightweight untrained ass gets knocked the fuck out

This why HEX was invented. To stop trading. Why do you think it keeps going up?
