Yes, i bought the scam SAFEX years ago in Bittrex, it got delisted and there is no where to trade it atm, only one scam exchange from Serbia have it listed, not giving them my KYC details,

What do you mean by international stocks.
Do you mean. Foreign companies or multinationals.
In a currency collapse scenario. Foreign companies would get crucified.
However multinationals that do business in multiple countries and take in revenue using multiple currencies will be less affected.

HOWEVER
in a currency collapse
many currencies are pegged or have some relation to the dollar and would be severely affected either way. So it is a question of whether you want to be beaten with a bat or beaten with a wire.
