I have recommended NEXUS from a little over 5 cents, down to 2-3 cents late last year. Doing well now.

Have made huge mistakes too. Bought ETH just under $1, sold after the hack for $11-$12. Sold 500,000 DGB for almost no profit a couple months ago. Sold 100,000 XEM for .88 BTC a couple months ago, too.

I was idle for 2 days(from 3 to 5) to check how well the HODL meme does.
Other than that at the start I was constantly looking at dips, right now I eat up 2~3 dips(mostly because when I see it the dip is almost halfway through, if I see that the pattern is repeating and I'm at the exact top of the latest pattern I hop off unless it has been going low lately, just like I did with 1ST few hours ago)
About 2 hours a day looking at the exchange, looking for dips, switching coins, etc.
One hour(I skip some days, other days I do three hours) studying coins and how their dev teams are doing, then the ones that I consider too good for their market cap go into my mental network of "coins I'd buy depending on the dip/order book/pattern/etc".
I also lurk at biz a lot but mostly only get ideas of what coins to study through you guys.

Dash is solid, but honestly I prefer its fork, PIVX, which is probably one of the most underrated coins imo.
I personally don't see much future on Golem and don't know what PASC is.

Monero and ETH are God-tier for long term hold. BTC is as well, but you hold too little of it.

You also hold too little of Sia, Ripple, STR, Golem, LTC and etc. You don't need to diversify that much if you aren't a rich fag because, let's say Sia manages to have a 100% price increase, that would leave you with what? $43, which is nothing.

Also from the time I bought, It already has gone up since the time I bought, and I'm just holding it for a while.

today is my first day on /biz/ since august last year, started altcoin trading april last year. looked for some screenshots of my calls from last year but sadly my laptop got purged so can't find them, i can at least tell you they were sick. one of the biggest retard opinions on the site for example was $dgb praise, that coin fell 70% over 7 months before it started pumping, and i was telling everyone to stay the fuck away. and yes i bought its bottom.

all i will say is you guys are so far behind the curve it's hilarious. i see you all owning coins that are being shilled to get strong hands in but they're not even close to pumping. crypto is very high atm, you don't want to sit there with assets that are improbable to mature in less than 5 weeks because so many things can put your coins in a 1 year bear/breakeven market and you will end up selling. you are all in coins that wont get an exit pump if that breakeven market happens.

yes i'm in some of these coins already now too, but that's because i got fucking rich this past year and need long term crypto plays within tech like IPFS etc to store $ and diversify into.

here's my advice to small time guys who think they're getting in early etc atm, pick up the edging coins. the coins that are guaranteed to pump within 4 weeks and if crypto implodes in whatever way before that is guaranteed an exit pump very quickly. Stuff like $LBC and $FLO will guaranteed double your money in the next couple of weeks. If altcoin markets crash and bitcoin markets crash they will exit pump and you will get your money back.

That's why I am saying that you should put into 5 different coins, it's not good to put all your eggs into just one basket, however, it's also not worth to use an entire basket for just half egg. To put it in another perspective, this is a bullish market and every coin ends up having major price increase, especially ones with potential, so I think even if you don't always have gains with your coin, it's worth to hold a good amount of them since it will likely have a price increase in the future.

And what you said about ETH. ETH is an stable coin and it's not likely to have a major spike like It did last month, thus why it's secure, it increases steadily over time. IMO it's only worth to invest on BTC and ETH if you do not hold a good amount of both.
