Its best not to over complicate things with the girls. I made that mistake before. If you offer something like that you'll be waking up to missed calls about "their money" everyday because they won't understand the two parts of the payment. And they'll get upset if their referral fails and they don't get their money.

Got to balance between bringing new earners onboard and keeping your current girls in a stable enough mindset to not fuck up what you built around them. These girls are very unstable.
