Bcs my dad is unironically a god of everything to do with construction, there is nothing he doesn't know. Yet instead of doing something he chooses to wageslave in some fish factory. My idea was that we sell our current apartment (making big profit with it due to renovation And house prices going up)
With the money we buy 2 apartments one for us to live in and one to renovate and then sell for profit. I can't do it without my parents because 1. We would sell this house to start the business and I don't wanna take a loan for no reason 2. My dad would be key as he's literally a do everything kind of guy. I'm good naturally too in those stuff as I am his son but he knows everything. I see no holes in this idea and in 20 years I could be a millionaire easy. (Most millionaires got some help from their parents)

Read my post and understand why. It makes infinitely more sense to get my dad involved. We had some renovation done in our apparment and the guys that did the renovation for us had to be told how to do something by my father on numerous occasions, he is literally more knowledgeable than them, and they are earning A LOT more money doing this. It's all so tiresome. After like 3-4 years I would be experienced enough to not need my father anymore.

Your entire bloodline survived the last 100,000 years by not taking more risk than necessary to survive and pass on their genes. People are inherently risk-averse, and if they have a comfortable and stable life, there's no reason to risk financial ruin trying to get more. Ambitious people are something of a freak mutation.

If you're serious about this plan, you need to do it without putting their finances at risk. Save up on your own and take out a mortgage from the bank. Interest rates are pretty low right now, it won't hurt you that much and actually gives you a lot more leverage. Then offer to pay your dad for his help, just on the weekends at first. Once you're actually making money, bringing him on full-time will be a much easier sell.

I'm not even that ambitious dude I just don't wanna fkn work for anyone. If I could live an average life by doing my own thing I would be more than happy. What do you think is the main reason more people don't do exactly what you're proposing? It isn't because they don't want to be millionaires. It isn't even because they don't have the skills to do renovations - not that everyone does, but they're not exactly brain surgery. The main limiting factor is capital, and until you have some, your vote doesn't count.

I think your parents are proud of their house. They just dont want to move or take risks. You gotta respect that.
The solution is very simple. You have to buy a house yourself (mortgage) whilst living at home. You have to show your parents the way. Its a zero risk for you as you are living at home. If it doesnt work out there is no problem.
