If this exploit cancels mail in votes then they will have to go vote in person which means fewer chances of fraud

This voter fraud looks legit, i will continue looking into it. But i think VIX, USD/EUR and put's on the Dow might be a good trade to make. at least you would be able to recuperate most of your investment if it turns out it is a nothing burger.
