Both BTC and ETH can live as the currencies with the highest marketcap, however ETH is way more vital for the market than BTC will ever be. It's not even speculation or promises like the other shitcoins anymore, Ethereum IS the world computer and ETH is the oil that fuels it.

It's the SOLE AND ONLY crypto project that's actually being used like it was promised it would be used. Every other crypto are just ponzi schemes. This is why ETH is so undervalued right now, I fear /biz/tards are too attached to their scams to see it.

No it wont be the thing that makes Ethereum pump, it will actually KILL Ethereum because it centralizes it more and introduces new problems. Vitalik knows this thats why he dragged it out as long as possible in the hopes someone else solves his problems.
And indeed that is what happened, there is a solution and it comes in the form of a friendly fork called Athereum (ATH), it uses the Avalanche Consensus and is pretty much the same thing as ETH (same language, same tools etc.) but with low latency and high tps while also decentralized.
If you hold Ethereum you win anyway because you can use your Ethereum on Athereum. check it out:

Accurate. I used to work at the Ethereum Foundation and this was discussed a lot amongst us. Lots of hopium floating around for ETH holders re ETH2 but I'd be concerned rn if that was what I was holding.
