This is true, but only for the time being.
The make it stack is whatever would put you in the top 1000 wallet holders.
Currently that's 1MM, but is likely to change soon.
Added benefit/credibility for actually placing in the top 1000 wallet holders as listed on etherscan because it means you are off the exchange and won't panic sell after the first leg up.
