hey biz, i am making realtime desktop blockpolio-like client. i miss something like blockpolio on pc.

i dont like blockpolio, because i have to adjust my coins all the time. if i buy eth with btc, i have to make two entries: one for buying eth and one for selling btc. i plan to do this automatically in my app. also thinking about easier way to sync your wallet state with the app. now you have to manually enter all the digits.

i am also collecting feature suggestions. what do you miss in blockpolio? what do you think about the app? do you miss it?

the thing I don't like about Blockfolio is that you have to manually input all of your transactions. If you're making a program, it should support importing CSV files from Polo, Coinbase, etc, to save all that manual labor. Also, why make a desktop app? It's 2017, desktop is dead. I'd make it web based instead so it'll run on every platform.

do you know popcorn time? you can use it on web or as desktop app. its the same codebase.
i plan to do the same.

anything else you miss in the blockpolio? i think the notification system is really crap. it just beeps once on IOS. i want something to really wake me up if shit goes haywire.

I would never allow an ((((((""""""""""""""""app""""""""""""""""""))))))) to get anywhere near my actual wallet.

ofc, i was thinking about csv as anon suggested.

another idea just popped: if this was a mobile app, would you take a picture of your wallets? the app would extract values for each coin and use them as your current state.
