Farming has high tail risk, I don't think it's worth it anymore at these rates. Newer farms might have short lived high APY but if you can't audit it yourself you shouldn't consider it.

As for staking you should stake if you're gonna hold it anyways or you'll get diluted. If there's a lock up necessary you should take that into consideration.

You'll lose your % share of the supply if others are getting rewards but you're not. Your real gain when staking is how much your % of supply increases.
