ETH is going the same way where Bitcoin fell in 2017.

move your money to another currency before crashes it like BTC did

>> No.23297900

ETH gave up on L2 though?
They are moving to PoS with sharding. That's still concerning, however.

>> No.23297916

BTC is doing great. And L2 is good. And ETH is doing well.

>> No.23297947

>>23297873
not quite the same. ETH is still striving for base layer scaling in the long term. the only issue is that phase 2 is still in research, and ETH needs scaling today.

ETH will end up being centralized

great reason as to why everyone should just move over to EOS/TRX

imagine waiting 10 years for eth 2.0 while you could just switch your assets to link or avax

In 5-10 years ETH is gonna be dead, sadly but true

>> No.23298095

Kek no they haven't. L2 is coming to main net soon, ETH 2.0 won't be fully functional for years.

>> No.23298134

ETH is far from dead and still has a ton of room to grow. Get that 32 stack ready.

Avax > whatever the fuck ETH is planning to do

And what other options are there?
L2 is a meme. They yet to convince me why would i want to exit blockchain into their "nodes". Security there is a joke. Im literally sending my BTC to another wallet i dont own to enjoy insane speeds in their so-called payment channel. But it would require most of the ecosystem to exist in this fucking payment channel to make any difference. Meaning all those BTC should be moved to this fucking wallet. And you have to TRUST that nodes wont fuck you over since they don't run any consensus algorithms and work from fucking single-point-of-denial hubs.
How the fuck this shit would make any difference?

It already did in 2017. ETH was at 1500 already, now its not even 400. There is really not much to lose at this point.

All these shitcoin eth-killers won't amount to anything. The truth is nothing will topple BTC and ETH, at least not for a long time.

The difference is that l2 on ethereum works, while it doesn't on bitcoin.
Zkrollups have the exact same security as the base layer, while being up to 1000x (for heavy contracts) more scalable with potential anonymity.
You can already test it on testnet - go to zksync.curve.fi
