Succession is the only show that made me want to make it. The money is almost inconsequential, every one of the main cast are after power which is significantly more difficult to obtain (within the family, within the business, within government, etc).

personally, I like a Knight's Tale. yes im talking about the heath ledger movie where he's a peasant who becomes a knight. as gay as it sounds i thought the movie did a good job of portraying the struggle of rising above the circumstances which are handed to us, and what a powerful will can accomplish. the added bonus that it was about knighthood which is more 'noble' than money grubbing. that movie has always spoken to me for some reason.
