NEET here, I have enough savings to get me through to May 2021. After that I'll be forced to get a job (or rope).

What skills can I teach myself in the next 6 months? I can dedicate 8 hours a day to study.

I have thought about learning a few coding languages from YouTube videos, but my friends keep saying that it's saturated and not to bother.

Help lads. No crypto shilling in this thread plz.

Idk anything about it but when if I was forced into getting a job I'll probably get a basic IT certification or something like that
Most of the time you'll spend looking for jobs or something

Offer virus removal to local boomers and flip shit you find at garage sales on ebay. Easy 40-60k a year and I work part time. My cousin turned his into a proper arbitrage business and makes 6 figures. If you struggle just keep beating pavement, it will work out as you learn more.

larping faggot, everyone has a smartphone and internet access these days, there are no magical garage sales with easy 2x profits on every other item. and boomers wouldnt trust some random retard with their 1000$ computer either

IT. Check out udemy, they've got some good courses on there. No official certificates but it's cheap as fuck and the information is invaluable. After you do some udemy courses get some Microsoft and/or Comptia certs.

Do hardware and software

I regularly 2-4x, a couple times a month I'll 10x if I find some vintage audio equipment or industrial printer ink. Boomers love to pay for virus removal. You must be one of those guys who gives up before even hitting profit.

For flips I usually hit promising garage sales at open, estate sales, I always have ads up for arbitrage ("I sell it for you, 50/50 split" with my company name and minor stuff to make it look like I'm not exploiting boomers). I live in a place where the county school districts pool together and have mass sales every few months so I can grab music room drums and shit for easy flips, but honestly the best (but rare) is finding that 1 guy in your area who has an expensive cb radio habit and now he has to sell. If you help those guys profit they almost always have friends who need to offload the same shit. If you're willing to do leg work flipping is as easy as it sounds. Leave the obvious spots and hit rural sales and antique shops too, a saturday road trip away from other flippers is great. As you go you learn new stuff that sticks. I can generally price 50's-60's lunch boxes on sight and I can only do that because I've had to look them up so many times. For virus removal all you need is basic IT skills and some flyers but that's a smaller income stream that's mostly word of mouth.
"Gig economy" is a meme, but only if you're lazy.

You should invest in a business, perhaps tech related.
I work as a software engineer, and I can tell you that the IT job market is in shambles at the moment.
There are tons of unemployed wagecucks begging for a job on linkedin.

Made around 60k a year reselling clothes for 3 years, but the stress was far too much, settled on doing frontend web development and learning how to via pirated online courses/youtube, made a portfolio and do okay for myself with contracted webdev work. Front end webdev is the answer if you've no programming experience.
