It totally depends on how invested you want to get. 5000 is the minimum to stake. I can't really say as it depends on everyone's individual living situation but what I can tell you is that is Staked 35k in April and receive on average 27-29 LIT a day. I'm approaching 40K now and by the time my yearly staking contract has ended I'm hoping to have 50K just by staking alone, though I believe I will just be short by a couple thousand I think. 50K allows you to apply for a trust node, though I hear the team are only interested in those who hold a lot more but I can't confirm that information.

Not at all. LIT will have a total supply of ~100 million tokens. Take any mcap (in billions) and multiply it by 10. That's the price of LIT at that market cap.
A mcap of 10 billion would put Lition at $100. Another way of conceptualizing the price is to compare it to chainlink, which currently has 3.5x the number of circulating tokens. You could compare LIT to chainlink by simply multiplying chainlink by 3.5. A double digit price point is possible in the current market, but it would of course be easier in a general crypto bullrun. A triple digit price point would probably require a bullrun, but it wouldn't need to be as extreme as you might think.

Thats correct with the exception of the chainlink part. You're comparing ICO chainlink with fully dilluted Lition.
Chainlink has 1 billion tokens and only 350 Million were opened up through the ICO but now Sergay is taking a 500k dump every week.
37.4 Million tokens have already hit the market giving chainlink a current supply of 387.4 Million and at this pace an additional 26M will hit the market every year. By the time Lition is fully dilluted Chainlink will have approximately 440 Million tokens in circulation.
So at worst you should multiply Chainlink by 4.4, the lowest ratio they'll ever have.
In the middle you should take the current supplies which are 387.4 and about 65 Million respectively and multiply Chainlink by 6.
And at best you should multiply with 10. The ratio of the fully diluted supplies.
