I don't get this about burgers. What do you need 5 bedroom house for? Do you have 4 or more kids? If not then wouldn't it be better to literally own stonks (or REITs) for the price difference compared to a small house?

I'm not a burger. I live in the UK. I run a small business and it slowly encroaches on everything. Having spare rooms has been great for storage and flexibility. One room I opened up into a second lounge. One spare room. One store-room etc. It's comfy having a large place.
