No, in the Service Agreements of the Aggregator contract passed as a set of parametric arguments. E.g: i need the price of btc updated every 23 minutes exactly or when its price deviates 0.33%, i need 19 nodes (minimum 15 answers), a collateral of 200 link per node and i allow up to 3% of margin of error
