Ok so you're a newfag and you're on /biz/ and you have absolutely no idea what is a scam and what's the next big thing and what's a woman and what's a man.

I don't really start threads often but every now and then newfags deserve a bone and I am feeling virtuous today.

You will see a bunch of tranny discord cunts come in here and try to shitty this thread up with lies and baseless fud. Remember they are just tranny discord cunts and you need to ignore them. There will also be some LINK holders who fud in here with pasta or midwit trash that have lost their way and now fud their own investment to pass the time.

So here is your golden ticket for this board: Literally do not listen to anyone who does not own LINK, or to anyone who says anything like "if you own LINK you'll LOVE this shitcoin!"

If someone doesn't own LINK, and they're on this board right now, they're either (1) a newfag like you or (2) not invested in crypto in any meaningful way outside of trying to scam you.

If someone tries to tell you something is the next LINK, or shows you something that is "partnered" with LINK and claims that's why it has value, they are trying to scam you.

Everything in blockchain requires LINK or something like LINK. There can no longer be anything like LINK because they have a technological monopoly with DECO & Town Crier. Over the years every other Oracle "solution" has ultimately had to adopt LINK for it to work, as will everything in blockchain in general.

I'm not telling you to invest in LINK, you can make your own decisions on what to buy. But my hint to you for navigating this board is use LINK shilling as your barometer for who to listen to, and just be careful of fake LINK shills.

Just remember - anti-LINKers want you to suffer. They want to steal from you. They want you to be poor. They are not good people.

I would say this isn't necessary, but these days maybe it is. /biz/ seems to be way worse than it was last year. There were scams but not to the level they are now.

I first started browsing /biz/ in July last year and was able to figure out pretty much right away that LINK was the real deal. It wasn't that hard to figure out, I could tell just by how it's "shilled" here. It was real people who were genuinely bullish on LINK and not people who were just trying to dump bags on you.

In fact, I don't think it was ever really shilled at all, not in the same way the actual PnD scams are anyway. People talking about something isn't really shilling.

Oh and another thing was that LINK was often made fun of a lot, which I took as a good sign because I don't want to buy something that is showered with nothing but endless praise about how it will save humanity and bring you great riches and wealth.

Chainlink will be used as collateral for smart contracts which will ultimately be in the quadrillions of dollars. $350B would be a near insignificant portion of the potential value all LINK tokens will need in order to secure the network. This isn't a stock, remember that - it's not representative of the value of a company, it's representative of the value and usage of the network.

It's the equivalent of saying "money can't be worth $350B". There is of course far more money than that in the world, and far more borrowed money/debt than even exists of money itself.

But mostly, look how this scammer starts his reply:

No one can claim to know where LINK will top out, or what a speculative value is regarding being under or overpriced. The market and the fundamentals will decide that. This scammer is trying to prey on your emotions by attempting to convince you that "the top already happened". I can assure you these people were here at 20 cents, at $1, at $2, at $5, so on and so forth. They will be here at $100, $1000, and beyond.
