Binance has been insolvent since the last hack and they are now getting problems because people are withdrawing coins to provide liquidity on Uniswap.

Listing Sushiswap and creating Venus protocol are a prime example of desperation to get liquidity back.

Sushiswap was created by the Bandprotocol dev initiated by CZ Binance and Venus protocol created by Swipe dev owned by CZ Binance.
