I'm 22 and have roughly 1 million USD. Should I buy a house? All of my money is still in crypto, mostly stablecoins.

Hopefully you have a good explanation and documentation how you got to those riches, else, I'm sorry for you throwing your life away at such a young age

I million won’t buy you multiple condos in multiple countries. Unless they’re shitty, I guess.

I'm definitely gonna need an accountant, hopefully not a lawyer too kek

As long as it was just regular shitcoin gambling and riding ponzis without being directly or indirectly involved, an accountant should do.

Hold on to it for a while until the current economic shitstorm shakes out. Then buy a place, rent it, borrow against it and buy another place and rent that two using the rent from both to pay the loan.

it'll buy you at least 2. it's not like you need to buy them outright - you get a mortgage and let the Airbnb revenue pay for it for you

That's pre tax? How much post tax?
Buy a cheap apartment/ house so you don't have to rentcuck and DCA some of it into stocks. Keep a little bit in crypto and maybe a bit in gold.

horrible advice
with only 1 million, why buy multiple places for part time use?
you could live in places twice as good for the same amount renting, decide where is actually a good place to stay, and go from there.
meanwhile the opportunity cost of taking the stablecoins out of staking is a lot higher than the mortage 4%... stay poor my friend

When I get to 1 million I'm planning to get a permanent place that's somewhat rural and big enough for a family. Hopefully I can still bring in $60,000+/year on stablecoin interest alone.

Buy a farm with at least 10 acres, enough for big family and growing food etc. Enough for starting a business too.

If you have to scam to make it, just do it, but be smart about it. Doing it on public blockchains after 2013 and using honey pots to launder your money isn't smart.

I'm in a similar position to you OP. I'm thinking of taking the vanpill and keeping my money in the market for another 2-3 years. Too much opportunity cost in buying a house outright and I don't want to be tied to a mortgage.
