I was in a car accident on October 5th. I live in a no fault state but the insurance concluded the other party was fully responsible (they were eating and crossed a red light.)
The next day I went to a chiropractor for exams and X-ray and today I got news that I’ve dislocated a plate in my neck. How do I profit the most out of this? I know I’m gonna win and I have an attorney already pushing their insurance policy, but what can I to do get the most out of this?
