Separating the copper from 90% silver coins is rather simple, cheap and routine as far as refining mixed metals goes. If it was 10% cadmium instead, or all you have are war nickels then refining would cost rather more but 90% "junk" is perfectly good stuff in my book, don't worry about it.

Coins hold a higher premium, but are protected by whatever government has minted them. The are often recognised too. Rounds are cheaper, but don't have that government backing or recogniseablity. Cheapest meat is pork/chicken from a latin food store near you, most likely. Cheap fish (sardines/mackerel/tuna) have high amounts of bad metals in them so you can't eat that much consistently. The cheap way to make good food is to just use salt and hot sauce on everything. Any fat/oil that isn't poison is going to be too expensive if you actually go through with this. The reason why is because a lot of those who are on trump side will sell from the stock market making normies pull out while biden will increase the debt of the nation in the january inauguration, and push china's legitemency as the replacement to the world reserve currency. This selloff will have a knock on effect with india poising to buy at the time while euro's and japan selling. With Trump winning, you have euro selling, japan buying, india offloading some over bought positions. Then you have the issue of riots, and civil war. The fact that there will be slightly less stimulus means less of a recovery, and a bit less of a dip. Trump did vow to send police after the election of him is announced so that will reduce the selloff in stock by a bit less, but a huge amount since wallstreet has to be cautious.
