>> No.23068655

>>23068591

My take on it is that it is a short term stopgap while they work on getting the sidechains ready. We haven't heard from Richard in 6 months, so for him to have an AMA and a announcement on the 15th, means that something major is going down. It's either Volksbank or SAP-sidechain. I would wager it is SAP. For the AMA we will have most questions answered such as when (if) we get a exchange. Since Lition is compliant with EU laws, there is a possibility that they don't want to be associated with the standard exchanges due to regulations.

That's literally what we're waiting for. All we know is they co-innovated the token with Lition and that their CTO Jurgen Muller co-authored the technical whitepaper and is Lition's main advisor to this day. We haven't heard about what they're doing yet because SAP don't make announcements until the product is ready. Because the team have only just launched the 'mainnet' we expect them to announce what they're doing soon.

Probably a listing on the tomochain dex (luaswap) but no major centralized exchange. The new EU regulations state that exchanges need to have authorization and a physical presence in the EU. None of the big exchanges (not even Coinbase) have which means European citizens won't be able to use their services. It's a power grab from the banks, because they want to be the only exchanges. So the centralized exchanges you know now, will be replaced. Your funds are not safu. Binance is being investigated by tge Maltese government btw so soon they will go down like bitmex. Richards knows this and wants to stay compliant. Only dexes for now and 99,9% of current tokens will be gone in a year or two. Lition is one of the few to survive.

I'm guessing you have read Unabombers manifest?

The industrial revolution was a necessary means to take our species further. Without it, we wouldn't have the technological opportunity to advance past fossile fuels. Quality of life was terrible in the industrial era, but it was even worse in the pre industrial era. Life was HARD. My grandparents and their parents before them lived the life you a idolizing, IT WAS HARD. Everything could kill you. I am guessing you have never lived more than a week away from civilization and all of the gadgets you now enjoy? Don't kid yourself.

Green energy is the future, but I agree on windmills being pointless. The output isn't worth the investment and they kill the local bird-life. Much better to use nuclear energy and thorium as one anon above here stated. At the same time Tesla's progress with batteries and solar is huge. THAT is the future.

Lition is the next step with their energy-usecase. This will be commercial in under 5 years.

Diseases are a good thing, they are natural. Now that we cured almost all diseases overpopulation is becoming a bigger and bigger problem.
So those are the only things? Education and heating? You don't need high level education in a non-industrial world. What the fuck are you going to need it for?
And even if you would consider those things as good, does that make up for the 9-5 culture, poisoned food, nature being almost non-existent anymore, monoculture making the soil infertile, factory farming, people living in appartement complexes where they are almost unable to move, immigration and the rampant suicide caused by all of these things?

Some people died and some people didn't. Nowadays everyone lives but everyone wants to die.

Lmao, have you seen what they teach in college? Education today is diluted and brainless, nothing original or fruitful can come of it. Anyone who has made any use of any sort of education (inventors, philosophers, etc) has been obsessed with it as a pursuit. The masses can never appreciate the value of true education. As a student myself I have to say that I think it's not (only) about what they teach, but who attends University.
I study CS because I already was into programming during high school (or the equivalent of my country). Who could have known CS is mostly math? Joking of course but I did not put the time into exploring what I could imagine myself doing in the future. Of course that changes with time as you mature but I have the feeling that going to University is the "normal" thing to do in my country because you that's what they promote in school.
CS was not a mistake but I am sure many other things would have been equally as good, if not better. At the moment I'm really interested in Carpentry. I'd like to study what I am passionate about (which partly is math/CS but also many other subjects) without being caged exams and an curriculum.

You are a caricature of The Human Being. Please don't pretend that you have the slightest inkling of self-awareness or intuition. Whether "life was terrible" or not is not your concern, it is how men are meant to live. Modern life is meaningless and nihilistic, people don't even know what they're looking at and live in a haze from cradle to grave. >overpopulation is becoming a bigger and bigger problem
More than half the world is under replacement rate.

South Africa: 2.33
India 2.17
REPLACEMENT RATE: 2.1
Mexico: 2.09
Vietnam: 2.09
Bangladesh: 2.04
Argentina: 1.99
Colombia: 1.92
Turkey: 1.88
France: 1.835
Brazil: 1.75
USA: 1.705
UK: 1.68
Germany: 1.57
China: 1.5
Russia: 1.5
Japan: 1.36
Thailand: 1.3
Italy: 1.27
South Korea: 0.9

This countries represent 60% of the population and together their fertility rate is about 1.75 (that means that every generation becomes 16% smaller than the previous one). Over a lifetime (3 generations) that's a decline of over 40%
For countries like Japan, Italy and Thailand a 1.3 fertility rate means that every generation shrinks with 38% that means that in a lifetime your youngest generation shrinks with over 75%.
Italy and japan already has been having this low fertility rate for 30 years or one generation.
South Korea is going to see 285000 births this year.
Down 72% from 1024000 births as recent as 1971.

The population bust is going the biggest problem the world faces this century.
Global population will peak at 9 billion and most of them will be low polluting africans.
Overpopulation is a myth with the exception of Africa.
But if the rest of the world is any guide, fertility is destined to plummet there as well.
The UN is wrong in their predictions.
We wont see more than 9.5 billion people.

Honestly it sounds like you are talking to yourself rather than me anon. Have you ever lived in nature? Have you ever been without your technology? All I hear is you talking about how great it is to be off grid. Well dude, go live off grid. If you don't need anything that modern society offers you, what is stopping you from living the life you want?

Yourself. You mentally masturbate to these thoughts, "Yeah, one day I WILL DO IT!!". But you sit in front your screen screeching at some random dude.

Go it for two weeks. It will be good for you.

I do agree with your naturalistic point of view, and I do agree with it being more in tune with nature and our planet is something humanity as a whole needs to go back to. Your point of view on the state of the world, trust me, I've seen the same. However I choose to be happy in the here and now.By all means, this could be the last decade(s) of human civilization as we know it. It's easy to be a doomer, but it is a waste of energy, enjoy it while you can, if it is indeed the end. Currently, all you do is mentally masturbate to the vision of how you are going to live your life, when the fact of the matter is that your life IS HERE AND NOW. Go do it, if that is what you want. But don't come here, acting all high and mighty, woke and educated, when the things you are claiming are bullshit such as green energy, nuclear energy and thorium.

If you had some sort of positive outlook on the future of humanity, or life, you would know that our ONLY hope is those exact things. Humanity's great gift, and curse is our desire for progression. It is the fundamental part of our species, it's what makes us great and terrible. It is also the solution to our survival, or the reason of our destruction. The great filter.

Being aware of this does not make you educated, it makes you aware. Crying about it makes you a bitch, a worthless specimen, too concerned about himself, instead of doing your part of the contribution.

Look, man if you want to be a successful investor you should be able to spot a trend.
Less births, more trees, cleaner air. Just extrapolate a couple of decades and it will get better even than before the industrial revolution.
Did you know Venice is built on millions of trees that were cut in 500 years ago? That's what was used to build foundations in the swamp. Millions of trees of ancient forests. That was before the industrial revolution.

As long as people survive there will be stories of this time and the ideas will live on. We are never going back to ignorance.

All of Mike's fud is explained in this post. Any posts made by Mike after this point only serve to provide further evidence that he is mentally ill.
On his favourite topic, litsentbymistake:
>>22815687
>Picrelated shows that these are part of a two-piece transaction.
>First transaction is a transaction done with litsentbymistake function from one of the lition pool adresses followed immediately with a transaction of the same amount of createnewstake function to a different lition pool adress.
>It seems clear to me that the team just wanted to balance out their different staking pools so that they dont have one adress with 4 million LIT and another with just 500k LIT.
>Therefore all the adresses that you link to can be lition pool system transfer wallets.
>>22816276
>I looked at this link and came to that conclusion: https://bloxy.info/functions/e440fd7a#
Next, Mike likes to mention that the staking totals don't match the wallet totals. Explained again for you Mike:
>Some of the tokens from the LPS contract have been moved to be vested in the LitionRegistry to run nodes. Eventually, it will all be vested to run nodes but we can't do that yet. This is where most of the discrepancy comes form between the "total staked" shown on the website and the amount you see in the LPS contract. There is also ~1 million tokens in the LPS Validator account.
A daily reminder that craphufrompakistan:
>is a bipolar maniac who constantly switches between shilling & fudding
>was caught samefagging his own thread
>admitted to losing his money after mainnet failed and promised to "make Richard pay" for "scamming" him
>will repeatedly spam the same copy and pastes in every general. You'll notice his posts are a confused mess, the type of thing you'd expect to find written in shit on the walls of a mental home
>cannot read and doesn't respond to questions
>quadrupled his stack but still only has 4,000 lits
*DO NOT REPLY TO MIKE, DO NOT GIVE HIM ATTENTION*
