Yeah definitely, the way I see it allowing more activity to happen on defi platforms only makes the probability of tracking the whales and actors better for the agencies, while still letting the small fish feel relatively safe at the same time. If they were to apply pressure then it would either cause those systems to adapt faster to it or fizzle out and make them look elsewhere to do their laundry.
