Nursing (RN) in the USA is one of the best careers for entrepreneurs. I am 28yo, male, white, registered nurse.

>freedom. 3x12 shifts give you the choice: work less and enjoy life, or pickup unlimited overtime and make tons of cash.

>money. Pay is above average in US. also, overtime is literally unlimited. If you have the lifestyle for it, you can travel and make 3000-5000 a week. Some contracts during peak covid were paying 10,000/week (for 6 days a week, sometimes 12 in a row, brutal but still).
>women. So many easy sluts in this field. Many in their early 20’s. And not just fellow medical staff... sexy little Latina housekeeper who thinks you’re like a doctor cause she doesn’t speak much English.
>power. RN is a position of immediate authority. You are in charge of your CNA, and anyone else who interacts with your patients go through you. Even physical or occupation therapists who have technically higher education than you go through you.
>low educational requirements. I have an associates degree. Yes you need high grades in prereqs: bio, a&p, etc...

>rehirability. This is the big one. If I want to quit and try a business, and it fails, I can come straight back to nursing for the same pay and pick up exactly where I left off in a heartbeat. I could literally be hired and working the next week. This can’t be said for many careers, especially ones paying 30-50/hr. This is why I chose RN.

>respect and trust. Nursing is considered the top 5 most trusted careers in the country. This gives you immediate report with the community. Everyone loves you. “OMG you’re a nurse? Thank you for your service, thank you for everything you do, let me buy your lunch”. Were treated better than military vets. I was in the cafeteria on my break the other day and some rando was like “thanks for everything you do let me buy your lunch”- I wasn’t even taking care of his mom. I didn’t even work on the same floor.

Apply for a mortgage? RN is a low risk career. Better rates. More trust.

i dropped out of medical school to work in accounting. being a doctor is the ultimate cuckhold job. $250-400k in debt, school/training until your early to mid 30s, working insane hours until the day you die (it doesn't get easier once you finish residency or fellowship.) you're so misguided and dazzled by "titles" like doctor it's hilarious. nursing and PA are unequivocally the best options if you want to make money. much shorter training requirements, much lower cost of education, excellent money, and less liability than being an MD/DO. also no one respects doctors anymore. you're a slave to shekelberg just like the rest of them, your decisions are questioned by MBAs and financial analysts in hospitals and you're held to patient satisfaction like some fucking retail worker. go look up shit like 'press ganey score' if you don't believe me.
