Took dmt once. Very fast trip ~2-3 minutes max.
Taken to a place with infinite pillars of reds and blues that I had never seen before. Extending as far as you could see, and honestly to infinity.
I felt more than saw an entity that was an eternal Minotaur type thing. It did NOT want me there. So I ran.
Ended in this room with a black sludge thing similar to the creature from fern gully. But it was trying to protect me. There was a brick well in the middle of the room, and it instructed me to hide there. I did without question, and was in a void. Complete nothing, it wasn’t an OOBE in there, but felt like one.

Then I came back. I felt like I had been gone for hours, but it was only a few minutes apparently
