You pretty much need to make and then subsequently lose a very large amount of money to totally desensitize yourself to it. Once you see a 5-figure swing in under an hour, lose $10k in a hand of poker, watch one of your businesses fail, etc (doesnt have to be crypto), you're either going to kill yourself, or just die inside a bit and come out the other side a stronger person. At least that's how it worked for me.
