I might have my own photo of some wire gold on this laptop but if not here is some placer wire gold I found years ago. Wire is common, as its how the gold generally likes to grow in or on the contact of epithermal quartz veins. It grows this way in purer solutions, with less silver or copper impurities.

Great pic thanks! Also interesting info regarding formation. I was reading about a mine for sale in Colorado and they stated that historically it produced both wire gold and wire silver which sounded interesting. Even if the advertised mines for sale are mostly played out, inaccessible or have only marginal ore, having the claim to an old mine or 2 and some decent placer deposits would probably pay if for no other reason than being to sell the claims at profit once PMs get more attention.

My dad has been very interested in the idea of buying an old silver mine because ore in the ground has value and we certainly love silver, so while I don't plan on cupelling down or making a pile of litharge for the EPA to enjoy from 0.5% argentiferous lead or whatever, it would still be a cool asset to have.

This Trump coronavirus thing is really concerning me. If Gregory Mannarino is right that both parties are working together, then having Trump appear to get sick from it may be the establishment's excuse to impose absolute totalitarianism. Republicans won't resist the hoax any more, and they were the chief source of resistance. The people in power tried this trick already with Boris Johnson in England. At the very least this is the catalyst to crush the doubters and make people take the coronavirus more seriously, and thus give an excuse for the trillions in money-printing which is needed to prop the stock market up.

I'm totally new to this all so I'm trying to invest in different kinds of miners. Gold & silver miners are good when crises happen but other metals rake in great profits in economically healthy times no doubt.

I'm currently invested in a single silver miner, an aluminum miner as well as a mining company that will produce rutile & garnet when they get their mine going, the company also has a significant share of a lithium mining company. I'm currently overweight in Nordic equities (Finland, Sweden & Norway stocks only) and I just set up an account for a broker that offers cheaper rates for other exchanges so I will be buying more soon, as long as I get a good deal.

I would like to know about good nickel miners too, of course! I try to diversify as much as possible.

Antichrist is a personal metaphor for consciously choosing to infringe upon another's free will, just as the resurrection stands a symbol of the atonement that is chosen to be perceived in any and all situations, circumstances, and events by your free will. I mean, this stuff does sort of play out in a macro scale, but it's so distorted by individual civilizations' mythology that it loses almost all relevance. It's far more practical, clear, and truer to apply these symbols at a personal level, at the level of your own perceptions about separation and union, rather than to try and force everything to fit dogmatic conclusions.

Interest is not a scam. If it were, would you lend out money for free? The interest pays for the use of the money, the risk of default, and the work required to lend only to a borrower that is highly likely to repay his debt.

The problem with the current system is fractional reserve banking which allows the creation of money out of nothing. Even if there were never a default, such a system is problematic because it creates a form of inflation to those closest to the money and you get a deflation when the loans are paid back. There are other problems such as loose lending standards, which result in defaults, which in the current system results in bailouts paid for by taxpayers instead of partners and shareholders of the lending institution.

Fractional reserve lending absolutely works if it is governed by incorruptible beings. However, being that there are no such things, it is doomed to failure. A gold standard is a distributed (every depositor is a regulator, in a sense, in that he can demand repayment in specie to punish a bad actor) way of enforcing discipline on the bankers, who always have feet of clay.

I'm not saying that the current system is good; I'm making the point that, theoretically (the idiots and crooks at the Fed never understand reality) fractional reserve banking can work very well.

The problem, which you have stated, is selling the bad loans to the Fed. Under proper circumstances, such a thing (giving the central bank all call because one is in serious trouble) means the liquidation of the bank: the shareholders are wiped out, the bondholders either take a haircut or are wiped out, the partners are wiped out, the executives are all fired, and the regulators take over the operations of the bank. We haven't seen any of that since the 2008 financial crisis.

Yes and no. The banking system as it currently stands is nothing but a massive engine of theft whereby the Federal Reserve pushes idiotic policies to encourage/force people to gamble in its rigged casino. The Fed claims that it must keep interest rates at zero and run endless rounds of quantitative easing because it cannot seem to hit its 2% inflation rate. Even if that were true--it's not because inflation is very clearly much higher than 2%--there is absolutely no good reason why the Fed should be wanting any inflation. The Fed, and any good central bank, should be targeting for ZERO inflation over a long period of time.

Instead, what we have now is a system where practically every asset known is overpriced and it's held up by money that should ultimately be recalled (bonds get paid off). When the bonds get paid off, there will be a terrible asset deflation unless the Fed performs more stupid monetary tricks.

The only way that the banking system isn't a scam is that if you put your money into a federally-insured bank, the money is there for you to use and it almost certainly will not get stolen. The problem is, the Fed's policies steal at least 2% of your purchasing power year after year, and it's been over 10 years since they turbocharged their thievery.

Free market fractional reserve banking (no fdic funded with printed money) is essentially 100% banking. I'm not an expert on the theory, but "free bankers" believe that totally unregulated banking would still produce reserve ratios above 80%. Currently most banks are somewhere near 5-10%. If you look at what depositors got paid out before the fdic was implemented (but we still had government encouraging money creation), they usually didn't lose more than 30% after liquidation. Keep in mind they were also making >5% on their money, so the risk was fair. You were free to keep gold in a non bank vault of you wanted and people didn't

How will the transition to a cashless society affect pm prices? I have been thinking about the issue and it seems most likely to me that metals will become even more under-valued. This is because the average person will see metals further as commodities and less like money compared to the new digi-bux. So it would go bux->cash->metals to the average person, and the disconnect between money and pms would get larger not smaller.
The alternative is that the transition to cashless makes people realize what is going on and flock back to real money (unlikely imo). I also foresee in either case metals being used for more illicit purposes as an alternative to cash (drugs, prostitutes etc) which would probably be bullish long term but chaotic in the short.

>silver-backing of central banks digicoins

I've seen some talk and screencaps in prior breads speculating about a silver backed CBDC, but are there any additional bits of evidence supporting the notion? Any updates?

A silver-backed western monetary union would be awesome and indeed deliver us those oft foretold mercury dime duos, but is such a possibility being discussed elsewhere? Any relevant sources?

Of course (((they))) are pushing CBDCs like crazy, it's the ultimate tool of control and coercition, they can literally starve to death any political dissident with this shit. Especially using social credit scores, and when you go below a certain threshold, your FEDwallet get cancelled, and you are basically unable to transact for anything. You can't even be a bum begging for change anymore, since there is no cash left. Not only that but they can then enforce tax collection at the source for every single transaction (income tax, VAT, RET,...), without any way for taxpayers to avoid it nor hide it. It's the final jewish nail of their master plan from the Protocols. LIterally the Mark of the Beast.

And wait for them to have the ultimate tool to force economic growth and make you into perpetual slaves : your FEDcoins will have a time limit of use (for example after 30 days, whatever is left in your wallet is automatically destroyed), so you are forced to consoom over and over again, with no ways of saving anything. Not only that but they will have total control over 'liquidity' injections and inflation of the FEDcoins.

But the vital thing to understand is (((they))) will have to destroy every others cryptocurrencies to have an absolute monopoly over the cashless society and have a global ledger to track everything down, and it already began, with a set of laws and decrees made to smother cryptos under over-regulations.

There are 2 questions then :
- what will replace cash for all black markets operations (drug, prostitution, tax evasion) once only BIS-approved CBDCs are left to exchange goods and services?
- how will people be able to have savings if their FEDcoins have time limits and/or controlled inflation?

For the first question, i believe the NWO will simply legalize everything, that's why degeneracy is pushed so hard, like the global agenda we see since a decade or so for drugs being made legals in a lot of countries. But for non-declared workers and tax evasions purpose? Only gold/silver left.

And for the second question, same thing : what will ppl buy to play around their FEDcoins time limit? Gold and silver, there are no others commodities who have all the characteristics of money (portable, fungible, divisible, etc...) and hold that much value.

I'm bullish for PMs not because of muh madmax, but because the jews already won, and the NWO will make gold and silver moon, because it's the only inherent weakness of a cashless society. Of course they may try to make it illegal at one point, even nationalize all mines around the globe (and it explain why the jewish overlords are quietly buying up mining shares while fudding the whole shit, like JPM did with their silver dragon stack for the past decade).

It's kinda boring to read but every single thing (((they))) wanted to put in place back then, explained in details in the protocols, is now a reality. It's really spoopy.
But the kikes did an updated version of the protocols, who was leaked back in the 90's by based Serge Monast (he got killed right after obviously). It's called the Protocols of Toronto. It's even spoopier and once again 100% accurate so far, and about things they shouldn't have been aware of back then (like a mass spread of internet then slowly implementing a global censorship/propaganda grid but enforced by private entities instead of states, internet wasn't even a thing back when this shit was written...).

Loans should be done under profit sharing rather than just charging an interest on the loan.
In the former the lender actually takes up the risk of losing the principal should the business not perform well, this makes the lender more discerning in who he loans the money to.
In the latter the lender can just reap interest on the bad loan indefinitely as long as the business doesn't actually fail outright.
One of them is parasitic, the other is not.

Silver is ther better chance of return but you should get Gold & Silver both.
Just buy whatever has the cheapest premiums. Generally the smaller the size/weight of bullion, the higher the premium

For Silver, kilo bars and 100oz bars have lower premiums than 10c bars

For Gold its a little trickier but still 1oz size or bigger will have lower premiums
but you can still get decent deals occasionally on things like the 20 franc gold pieces

just go for the Generics with lowest premiums and don't fuck with numismatics unless you really know what your doing

>>1 oz bars? coins?
that's a question of taste, really. Though I think it's best to have some smaller pieces-- half oz, 1 oz, sovereigns, etc.--for easier liquidation. Imagine needing a quick $500 cash but all your gold is in $5k increments.

You barter with or sell to above-average Joes. You network with people who aren't NPC retards and actually understand how barter, money, and currency operate and overlap.

What do you think happened during the Weimar hyperinflation? People with hard coin made it and those with a stack of gold during the ridiculous distortion bought up depressed real assets and factories for literal Pfennigs on the GoldMark.

Buy up your own wheat farms and bakeries with your metal if similar distortions arise again and you'll never need to worry about the cost of bread.

agreed. in for a hell of a ride ahead.
what the world needs is positivity. Upward, forward thinking, constructive, positive thinking, planning and actions

In the US, we have such outdated, outworn road and bridge infrastructure, if we could reduce red tape without ignoring safety and quality, and mobilize for the improvements and repair of all the thousands of roads and bridges across the country that need fixing, we could employ a huge percentage of the population for two decades at least

that would be a massive boost to the economy, trade and commerce. just one sector.

other nationwide infrastructure like universal EV charging stations and networks would be a huge decade long project that would be worthwhile and constructive

We have virtually unlimited opportunities that would be both lucrative and legitimately helpful, if we could get past all the political fuckery and wall street banking corruption

alot will be a matter of personal taste, what do you like, what do you want. And if its not "Numismatic", then it doesn't matter if its a Krug, A Leaf or an Eagle, its just billion

The bureaucratic nonsense will exist for as long as people care about it. No system is sustained except by the will of the people within it. As soon as people start to decide to live and make choices without regard for the rules that would bind them, we are free to move forward from the dead shackles of the past. This only happens in the mind of the individual. No one has ever been able to change another's mind. Only by casting off all rules, laws, etc., Except in matters of good taste and gold sense, does the individual and ultimately the collective step forward and realize in due time the world that is always and already here: a free world, untainted by the miseries and tensions of fear and delusion
