The price is fluctuating by like 1 dollar, it's not "fast" at all, at least not anything that should matter. Uniswap is just unironic fucking trash and the total setup of the website (in particular the fact you can't buy something for market price at the time you placed the order, because it will fail if the price changes) is just straight up designed to ONLY benefit people who are trying to exit-scam and fuck everyone else.
