In crypto cycles come and go.
Rebase = Ample
Yield Farming = YFI

Next might be NFT, we'll see who the big winner is. Point being once the cycle has passed hype wears down and people move on. Rebase is two cycles behind.

xBTC was allowed to announce in Statera chat because 2 of the lead team in Statera are in xBTC. Success of xBTC is tied with that of Statera which will be part of the greater ecosystem of tokens Social Capital are designing. Think like YFI financial product suite but with more focus on tokens representing products and a varied selection of pooling and staking options.

Don't forget the Statera dev team lost their whole wallet in the refund so xBTC presale was a necessary evil. It takes money to make money and STA is dead in the water unless they do this.

You can take it for what you will, but to me I see a team that is building something I want to invest in.
