how do I use bitcoin as a payment processor? I am a developer and I want to escape stripe and paypal. These things bleed everyone dry and make things more expensive than they have to be.

you cant, thats why bitcoin sucks and people who "invest" in it are retards

>generate wallet address with a TTL alerting the user to pay a specific amount to that address to confirm payment
wow bro its that hard

Yeah this.
>have wallet
>have people send to wallet
>check orders to be filled
>send invoice once payment is received
>ship goods
???
Is it hard or something?

then again to be fair maybe its the fact that you cant interface bitcoin core (idk never tried it myself) with any other application which is why its difficult for op so he needs to create a provably secure wallet with whatever his programming language library has and make sure it has 0 mistakes since every mistake will cost him money

>generate wallet address
heh, yeah. I'll admit I've never actually used a wallet or crypto before. This makes sense!

>customer makes purchase
>generate temporary wallet address
>give wallet address to customer to pay
>since its a newly generated wallet tied to the customer I'll have a sure fire way to know if it went through or not
>wait 20-30 minutes for transaction to complete
>send invoice to client

the only issue is the transaction times... what is the fastest crypto I can use? I want to make something that requires almost real time payments

Use BTCPay server. Works with lightning these days too. Just deploy on a VPS and you're done. It's dirt simple and you keep all the funds.

hey this is perfect! Thanks you for the info!

Breez is in beta still but is a POS suite. Look for any "lightning network" solutions and you'll find what you are looking for.
