I was in a similar situation. Ask them to buy something cheap and healthy, like a package of broccoli. Then keep eating your regular shit diet but add broccoli to it so it’s slightly less shit. Then ask them for something else that’s cheap and healthy along with the broccoli, incorporate both into your usual shit diet, repeat until your diet is less than 50% shit.

Probably not. I guess one of my next goals is to figure out how to sustainably buy my own food. I own mid 6 figures in crypto but I don't like spending it because I'm not working at all right now and once it's gone, it's gone. My work choices are retail or odd jobs which are hard to find because I'm competing with a bunch of faggots/boomers. I really wish staking would be released already.

Depends on how shit your diet is. I’m self inserting because when I started my diet was absolute shit. I barely ever ate vegetables. I can say with certainty that if you add a solid amount of cheap healthy vegetables like carrots, broccoli, spinach, onions, you will notice a small difference even if you still eat shit food with it. And the end goal is to slowly transition away from shit food, at which point you will notice a big difference in your mental and physical health
