Apply for financial aid, go to community college to get a technical degree, get a job somewhere. In the meanwhile you can try call centers, call centers are always hiring because the turn over is so high but if you do good you can move up from agent and have an easier time there. Pay varies but you can find call centers jobs that pay you 14 an hour and once you get out of agent positions you can expect about a 2 - 4 dollar increase. Also look for data entry jobs in your area, those are easy as hell, you just sit down and type all day. Apply for all kinds of entry level office jobs you find on indeed, just try man.

Your time would be better spent reading about how things work, why they work that way, how they're built, why they're built that way, what they're built with, why those materials are used.

How does your car work? Why does it work that way? How is a car built? Why is it built that way? What is your car made out of? Why is it made with those materials?

How does your computer work? Why does it work that way? How is a computer built? Why is it built that way? What is a computer made out of? Why is it made out of those materials?

Then you can answer the most important question of how to insert yourself into this process.

Get into the trades. Work hard and sacrifice. Look for a small business where you can be a vital member. Get close with the owner and let him know you’re willing to sacrifice if there is a cut in it in the end. Business owners love that shit and it’s true what they say when the tides rise so do the boats. I’m a small business owner myself and if anyone actually truly put in hard work I wouldn’t care what experience they had because I can train them. Seriously anon look for a small business owner In the trades, preferable one that aims to grow to multiple locations one day.

sorry for your loss anon.
Best bet would be a coding bootcamp in my opinion. If you're not completely dumb this could work well for you. This is how it went for me:

>fell for the do what you love so you never have to work again meme
>Went to Uni, 3.5 years for a bachelor in Digital Design
>Work a shit job as a "graphic designer"
>ended up hating every second of my live because the job was shit, the pay was shit, and every skill I had wasn' recognized by anyone
>save up 15k€ in 2 years of shitjob
>quit
>start 6 Month Coding bootcamp for 10k
>actually learn the bascs of coding there, it's actually fucking fun
>instantly got a job after bootcamp that pays DOUBLE of the shit I had t study 3.5 years for because the jobworld has more empty entry programmer position than I could have ever imagined

The learn to code meme is real anon but you need some money and time if you want to do it like I did.
If you're smarter than me (not unlikely) you could actually learn coding yourself with YouTube /Udemy and shit but getting a job without some fancy paper proving you did basic academia could be a problem, i don't know.
good luck brother

I'm currently trying to work my way up in the retail world, I applied for AP in the place I work for now. Starting pay would be more than I've ever made /hr, but only barely livable by modern standards. Should I even bother trying construction or whatever? I work in construction as a painter and can confirm, trades are the easiest thing to transition into without prior experience or knowledge. There is constantly growing demand for building, and the more buildings there are the more repair work there is. You will never run out of work even in a recession. You can either do the hard work route to build skills in shit no one likes doing (painting, masonry, steel working, plumbing, general labor) which you leverage later on subcontracts and side work (where the real money is made). Or, you go through some courses to get certified in electrical, HVAC, elevator, etc. and find a company that will take you on as an apprentice. You can make a shit ton of money in HVAC and elevator work.

This is actually really good advice. One issue is that everybody that can Google started getting the really cushy sysadmin jobs at all the little companies that needed an "it guy" and those are really drying up. You actually need to know some server speak or powershell to get sysadmin at bigger orgs with large IT depts. The welding advice is spot on though, literally 80k for low IQ alcoholics just waiting for applicants. Also look into cad cam, easy as shit once you get the hang of it

How smart are you from 1-10? Many successful people lived similar life's to yours and then they got an idea and succeeded. Humans are group animals but we're also dumber in groups this is known as (mob psychology) when you make a business you should do that on your own not with anybody. What I'm trying to say is you shouldn't see lack of connections and education as a death sentence also don't ask on 4chan you'll get depressed
