Looooooooooong way till eth 2.0, we're barely in phase 0, literally nothibg interesting happens in mainnet till phase 2, UNI are massive surprise fucks, they are already working on it in private, the UI is ready to welcome uni v3, it was already updated on github, i give uni v3 2 months MAX, but probably 3 to 5 weeks

Depends on how many other people will be staking. The percentage can vary a lot. Probably higher at first and lower as years pass.
If you have to ask about it, I don't recommend you to be a staker at first though. Will be technically more challenging and meant for pros. Not sure if staking pools even launch from the start.
