Yeah, but it certainly beats having to take the mark to buy or sell, doesn't it?

Like a lot of people on this board it feels like many things happened in the past to prepare me for buying XRP. Mainly missed opportunities on Bitcoin and other clear investments. So when I started investigating it two months ago it felt like the right move.

After an initial 5k stack I informed my wife and investigating further together we will reach 100k this week. My goal will be reached and the Ledger will be put away in a Faraday bag, to come out on moonday.

What he is saying is that banks are creating a reserve on their balance sheets based upon the plus value of gold. I believe that many (central) banks are doing this with gold AND xrp, hence the low price. This will allow them to build up a huge reserve for the next puzzle piece, Nesara. Once both assets sky rocket the banks will use that reserve on the balance sheet to cancel most outstanding loans, starting the much discussed debt jubilee.

Well, most banks (the big ones) would avoid exchanges - or at least, those exchanges that the likes of us have access to. Hell, I’m all in XRP but if it came across my desk (I’m in legal at a bank), I’d laugh whoever brought it to me out the room. The AML/KYC issues would be too risky (how do I know the Iranian guard or Sinaloa cartel aren’t the ones providing liquidity on the other end).

That leaves sourcing direct from ripple or from an anointed liquidity provider (maybe BIS).

For us: well, I suspect there will be some banks out there willing to take the risk. There may be institutional investors with less concern around compliance that may also get involved. Ultimately though, I think we’ll all be fine as long as we don’t try to dump everything. Just take your time and drip out.

And if the worst comes to the worst, I’ll promise everyone on this board: I have the knowledge and experience to set up a bank or investment fund and will do so. I can devote the time and effort to the required AML/KYC for everyone and we can all just cash out through Schizo Investments Ltd. (or The international Schizo Bank, as the case may be)
