The earliest mention along the lines of “we are preparing for version 4.0.4” was still in September, hardly “months ago”.
Thanks to Binance buying up enough UNI to be the only governance for it, it can no longer be trusted regardless of any improvements it makes. CZ is just buying up and backing all the L1 DEX’s he can in an effort to torpedo them and keep binance and other CEX’s stranglehold on the market.
The fact you even give a flavor of the month “we’re Xsn but started two years too late” project like falconswap tells me you probably are an Xsn holder and are just fudding to get lower priced nodes, for which I thank you.

Stakenet is a gamble. There will only be an increasing number of crypto exchanges all competing for the slice of the pie. It doesn't even matter if stakenet happens to be the best as far as tech, coinbase has a large amount of volume but it is an objectively bad exchange. Also there is already competition being built including uniswap's v3. Just buy xrp and be comfy that way.
