That's weird, beying so little drunk and having that much hangover, are you really thin by chance? I lost muscle mass during quarantine and now I get a slight hangover from anything more than 4-5 beers, when previously I'd be completely fine with more than that. Anyway

>have water inbetween alcohol
>stop drinking a while before going to sleep and drink more water, if you have a sports drink like gatorade it's even better

That sucks, the overall hydration thing works for me, if you haven't also try the sports drink "trick" before going to bed and even when you wake up, since most of the hangover effects can arise from dehydration it really helps having electrolytes, minerals and whatnot
