LEND to AAVE migration in 5 days anons

how we feeling?

staking will go live

rather than staking to secure a network, you are staking AAVE to insure assets under management (theoretically high risk as you can lose your funds)

however AAVE is the most audited platform on defi, staking is akin to being a security guard at a preschool

we boutta make big gains or what?

Op if we have lend in aave now being used as collateral do we need to do anything for the switch? Also have they updated anything about directing fees to holders?

looks like migration is done via a contract, probably need to pull out of the protocol & interact with contract

also a possibility that you can migrate w/ alend tokens

as far as protocol fees go, yes, stakers are intended to receive a cut on top of the additional 3M AAVE that will be minted

Appreciate the prompt reply. Would be great if they allow alend to become aaave directly. Any idea if staking and using for collateral will be allowed simultaneously?

why you can lose your funds?

you are staking to insure assets under management

if a bug causes loss of user funds, 30% of the staking pool goes towards covering it

that being said, the rewards should be fairly high given the risk

How does Aave's community compare to LINK? Aave did what LINK couldn't do in 3 years. Aave did a 100x in just 6 months.

And it do at least another x5 until next year, won't it?

which coins can I stake on Aave? Can I stake Chainlink? How much APY?

>> No.22855323

its not about apy its very marginal but you can use it as collateral to get usd or eth to gamble on shitcoins

>its not about apy its very marginal but you can use it as collateral to get usd
you anon told about staking coins on Avee not lending
By the way if you have 3k Chainlink and you would 50k, your 3 collateral won't be enough
