Great question. I think the real answer is that nobody knows where the market is headed, we're kind of in lala land with assets.

Personally I would wait. Shutdowns are somehow still a thing and the economy is still reeling from it.

There won't be a crash. The next decade will be massive money printing which will keep driving up asset prices. Interest rates will remain like enticing buyers.

Money is printing, no inflation. Where, is it going? Housing it would seem. We'd sooner return to the bronze age before housing will dip again. Interest rates are low and prices are at an all time low. I'm buying a feel very uncertain. Especially since it's a sellers market and there are no cute fixer uppers. Basically you have to pay for a renovation just to rip out the boomer shit and make it look decent. It's frustrating, hope we finally see this third wave they keep mentioning because there are still way too many fucking boomers around.
