Is there an expected time for V3? Will that help the price?

ok so do your due diligence but not on biz

they are hiring several engineering positions. i expect v3 is going to be a professional tier software project and not a hackathon/first attempt at programming by a mechanical engineer who is a crypto enthusiast. The positions were listed in August and I'd expect 3 months to fill them, after that I'd expect 1-2 months of onboarding/honeymoon then storm, conform, norm, preform. All that considered, with a new team being trained by the senior engineers, i would give v3 a 12 month timeline at the _soonest_ and a more likely projection of 18 months. Good things take time, and if they are going to be able to handle another order of magnitude increase in trade volume it will take serious engineering know how and patience. The team, advisors, and investors all have four year vesting periods. I'm taking this project seriously and I'm holding minimum two years, more likely this is going to be at least a four year hold for me. I will revisit things when the vesting period is ending because they will have some annual inflation kicking in to incentivize the team and community to develop for the platform (sucks to have your new wad of coins be worth less over time for the devs).

I don't see the coin suddenly tanking. I also see any major price movement upward correcting back to the mean. We will probably discover some price between 3.00 and 7.00. I would expect slow gains which are real gains. If this is team delivers, which is likely since they have a history of delivery and great advisors, I wouldn't be shocked to see our 3.00-7.00 price go to 30-70.

Success in my eyes would be an order of magnitude increase in trade volume which would deserve an order of magnitude increase in price.

If they are going for a Series A funding round, there are probably terms for delivery of something at the end of some period. It all depends on who they hire, at what salary, and what their burn rate is.

If you want to know their next product release timeline find out their
1) cash on hand
2) burn rate

If you know when they are going to run out of money you know when they will be applying for more. They would start contacting VCs about 6 months out from their burnout day, and if they are shopping for VC they need something real to show they did with the last money.
