Just update it like once a day. It also helps to not be too diversified if you aren't managing a lot of money. Cutting to down to ETH, LINK, PRQ helped me quite a bit. I also got the free 400 UNI, but I'm going to just sit on that for a long time to not get destroyed by taxes.

Not saying that they will go to zero, but that they have the potential to. Zoom out on the charts for VET, ADA, and LRC. Look at the percent difference from ATH. These are not solid investments. They are the crypto equivalent of penny stocks.
