I think Xdai Stake will be huge. After seeing pic related it made me realize the potential for it is limitless.
I think it will help bring a huge leap in technology.

The Xdai sidechain is down. Xdai can't be converted to Dai right now. Doesn't really instill confidence in the chain resulting in a massive dump.
We'll likely be sub $10 by end of next week because of this situation.

Uni v3 I think uses zk-rollups, I believe there's disadvantages with smart contract integration with those however xdai has a functioning product on the spot.

It's only issue is it's not decentralized atm

The world is so fked right now it's hard to tell. Bitcoin has been tied to the stock market. There are a lot of projects I am long on and I hodl, but for short term gains I would pick the following:

1. 0xMoner, they are scheduled to release 0xMixer this month and a token bridge to their OMNIS chain should come shortly after. They are currently on xDai Chain.
2. SAND, there are still at least two more Sandbox auctions left and they require SAND to buy property etc.
3. FARM, under the radar (zapperfi still hasn't listed them yet) despite millions of dollars in deposits.

The chain is not down, it’s like saying Ethereum is down when Infura is having issues and you can’t use Metamask. The chain works perfectly well but this is growing pains, no one expected such a surge and so the infrastructure to handle load balancing and requests on the RPC side wasn’t ready.
