I, a 6’5’’ 230 pound muscular hairy man cried today for the first time in years. I am not ashamed to admit it. Maybe this was the point all along, to help us get in touch with our feelings again.

It's true, I've been suicidal for over a month now, but kept thinking about my family and friends. I'm scared.

You just have to lose so many times that you realize that you're not one of the small .1% that were ever meant to make it.

When I see my portfolio go up, I ignore it, because I know it's a lie. It won't last, and if I sell everything skyrockets and never comes back down. I feel the most normal when my portfolio plummets back down 50%, because that's more in line with what life has to offer for me
